The God's Kingdom, right here, right now

In another post (in portuguese) i was talking about a J.C.Ryle's citation, where he said that our love by the Kingdom must increase day by day.

Maybe some friends understood that i was talking about a boring life, where one cannot do anything

I don't believe in that

Yesterday i went to Charitas beach, here em Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I looked to that beatiful beach (you may see an older picture above) and talk to myself: “- When i love this place i am loving the God's Kingdom”

Yes! We all know that “the whole world lieth in the evil one”, but we can't forget that he isn't the creator. The creation is a God's huge work , to show His Glory and to give us a perfect place to living.

When i love to watch the Lord's work more than to seek material posses (??), i believe that my love for God is increasing.

When i love to be with my family, with people, more than to be in social meetings, only to receive some kind of benificts, i believe that i am loving the Kingdom. We must be attent that this kind of "social meetings" doesn't take place only out of the church. If we not pay attention, our church meetings can be like that.

We live in a rush, and some thougths and actions that do not priorize the Kingdom are always looking for our attention. When we slow down and look around, we see the Kingdom at all places, rigth here, rigth now, avaiable to all of us that already know to where we are going

Your family, your friends – that can help you with “things” or not – your church, a beach, a lake, the sky, a walk to breath and to think about life. All of this is the Kingdom to me. To priorize it is to priorize the Kingdom

Because The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament showeth his handiwork. Day unto day uttereth speech, And night unto night showeth knowledge. There is no speech nor language; Their voice is not heard. Their line is gone out through all the earth, And their words to the end of the world. (Slm 19:1-4)”

We are in constant adoration. We just need to stop, hear it and enjoy.
